Scholar House

The Kleingers Group provided survey, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services to construct the Scholar House in the Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. The project consisted of building a four-story mixed-use space of approximately 63,000 SF and 44 residential units. The area includes parking to the south of the building along the frontage of Curtis Street. The parking transitions to the already planned parking in the Paramount Square project west and the existing parking in the Trevarren Flats project in the east. The approximate entire area of the development is 0.8 acres, including the size of the building.
