Northern Kentucky University Mixed-Use Development

The Kleingers Group provided survey, traffic engineering, and civil engineering services for the mixed-use site at Northern Kentucky University. The site is projected to cost approximately $100 million, consisting of a new 70,000 SF medical office building for St. Elizabeth Hospital, hotel, restaurants, parking structures, and multiple five-story buildings with ground-floor retail and apartments above. The medical facility will offer urgent care, primary care, and specialty physicians. The construction team projects development to be completed over two phases. The result will help connect the campus with the Highland Heights community by creating a walkable retail and commercial center that everyone can enjoy.
