The Kleingers Group provided survey, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the original zoning package to redevelop the south portion of the Oxmoor Center mall in Louisville. The redevelopment involved demolishing an existing Sears location to make way for multiple restaurants and Top Golf to provide entertainment options. We prepared civil and landscape plans that included site and utility layout, parking, and preliminary grading. All survey data, such as underground utility locations, spot elevations, visible physical features, were generated into a base map in AutoCAD format.
