During the most recent capital improvements projects at the Middletown City Schools, The Kleingers Group provided survey, civil engineering, transportation engineering, and landscape architecture services for six new elementary schools and two existing building renovations. Five new buildings were located on the current school sites, posing design challenges in working on developed conditions. The remaining new buildings included a lengthy sewer extension, a traffic impact study, and public roadway improvements to accommodate traffic from the new school site to the adjacent residential developments.
